How is this possible?

Well LHNE have already secured funding via the City of Sunderland’s Townscape Heritage Initiative Scheme. The City has pledged £287,669 towards a restoration package that will cost in total £517,698.

LHNE have made additional applications to Back on the Map LHNE and have succeeded in securing £165,280 from Back on the Map for this project. http://www.backonthemap.org
